Change your policy. The first draft is written on paper in class. You collect it and make comments. Do the same for the second draft. The final can be typed, but must resemble the first/ second draft except for grammar corrections.

Tell him the actual author gets an A, but he/she has to rewrite it with a proctor to get credit.

I had this happen, so I picked parts of the paper I KNEW he could not explain and words I KNEW he did not know and asked him to explain them…he had NO IDEA what they were and that was the end of that. I gave him a zero and he did not argue

I can now upload my coupons to my account and when I check out my coupons get automatically discounted with no need for a physical coupon. I need to find a way to remember what coupons I even HAD in order to put the right items in my cart. But I already make a shopping list, so.....
