The staff was very helpful and overall the experience was great. I learned how to tie a proper knot on the fishing line, I learned the different types of baits do the different types of fish , I learned how to attach a worm to a hook and I learned how to cast. My favourite part was learning how to cast. My peers and I had a bit of trouble at first but we eventually got used to it. We also got used to touching the worms because at first we were all a bit disgusted but we embraced it! The worms were harmless. But what I mostly learned how to use a fishing rod, when I first try to cast, I was holding on to the button you supposed to press if when you supposed to cast and then when I try to cast I kept on failing. So then, a young staff came and told me that i I just click it while i swing then it would go far. So when I tried I successed and kept trying to catch a fish. It took long but at the last minute I caught a fish.
