The second strategy shown is called the 5-2-5 breathing. You breath in for five seconds, hold for two, and exhale for five. The final strategy is to find a spot away from everyone else where you are alone so you can calm down.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The strategy is telling me how to stay calm by telling me to breathe in and breathe out. it is also telling me what to think in a stressful situation. Positive thoughts help calm you down. Whatever is happening in that moment is not carved in stone. This helps me because I tend to think over the top and worry about what could or will happen. </p>]]></description>
