         <title>AMENDMENT ONE</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Congress shall make no law <strong>respecting </strong>an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.<br> <br>The First Amendment makes it illegal to make a law that establishes an overall religion, stops people from speaking freely, stops people from practicing their religion, stops the press from publishing what they want, and stops people from assembly peacefully or petitioning the government.<br><br>This Amendment has changed our country to meet the needs of the citizens by allowing the most basic freedoms such as a right to opinion - the freedom of speech - and a right to report on true facts, even if the government doesn't wish for you to - the freedom of press.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.<br><br>The Second Amendment keeps an established and well regulated military, and the right to bear arms; to keep legal weapons.<mark><br></mark><br>This Amendment has changed our country to meet the needs of the people by allowing anyone of age to join the military, to serve our country, and by allowing citizens to keep and bear legal weapons for self-protection. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.<br><br>The Government Cannot force citizens to allow soldiers to stay in their home's without the home owner's consent. In time of peace or war.<br><br>This Amendment has changed our country to meet the needs of the people by allowing citizen's the right to their own home instead of forcing them to house soldiers.</div>]]></description>

         <title>AMENDMENT FOUR</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. <br><br>No person can search a citizen's home or self without a Warrant supported by probable cause and Oath or affirmation particularly describing the place or person to be searched.<br><br>This Amendment changed our country to meet the needs of the people by allowing someone not to be searched without reason or a Warrant. Therefore, a person searching another cannot find something that said person wishes to keep secret, without the support of probable cause.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.<br><br>No person has to testify against himself if he so wishes not to, unless in front of a Grand Jury. And no person can be charged for the same crime twice, and they cannot be deprive of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. And no private property can be taken for public use without just compensation.<br><br>This Amendment has changed our country to meet the needs of the people by allowing people who believe that they could incriminate themselves keep from the stand. It also changed our country to meet the needs of the people by making sure no one found innocent in one trial, will undergo a second trial and be found guilty, and it allows people to keep their private property without specific evidence that would require confenscation of said property.</div>]]></description>

         <title>AMENDMENT SIX</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.<br><br>In all criminal Court cases, the accused has the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury from the district in which the crime had been committed. The accused also has the right to be informed of the cause of their accusation, to be confronted with the witnesses that are against them, to be able to obtain witnesses in their favour, and to have a lawyer to represent them.<br><br>This Amendment has changed the country to meet the needs of the people by allowing a fair trial; the accused person will not have to wait in jail for an unjust amount of time whilst awaiting their court case, they have the right to an unbiased jury, and they can have people to prove their innocence, even if they aren't innocent. </div>]]></description>

         <title>AMENDMENT SEVEN</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.<br><br>In a Suit is filed, where the value in controversy is more than twenty dollars, the right to a trial by jury is preserved, and no fact triad by a jury can be re-examined in any Court of the United States.<br><br>This Amendment changed our country to meet the needs of the people by making sure no one sues another person for damage done that was worth less than twenty dollars, and the trial must be fair. Once a conclusion is brought, no other trial on the same Suit can be re-examined, therefore the accused does not have to pay the money, if the Suit was not filed.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.<br><br>No bail fine will be excessive, it must fit the crime. Cruel and unusual punishments cannot be inflicted in any scenario.<br><br>This Amendment changed our country to meet the needs of the people by making sure the bail fine is fair and punishment for crime is fair, as well.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.<br><br>Simply because certain freedoms were not explicitly listed in the Bill of Rights, doesn't mean it is legal to violate them.<br><br>This Amendment changed our country to meet the needs of the people by allowing citizens basic freedoms that were not listed in the Bill of Rights.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.<br><br>Powers not dealt with in the Constitution will be left to the States. Individual States can make laws for such matters.<br><br>This Amendment changed our country to meet the needs of the people by allowing the people of each state to vote for the laws in the State in which they live - those that are apart from the Constitution. </div>]]></description>
