However, they are also known to be shepherds who take care of sheep and goats all day while living inside a cave of dark mysteries.

The Cyclopes believed that since they didn't need to rely on the gods and immortals for survival, they were better than everyone else. In the end, they face the consequences that came with their egotistical minds.
