    1. Wash iron fish thoroughly. 
    2. Put iron fish in water and boil for 10 minutes
    3. Put the cooking ingredients in the boiled water
    4. Eat prepared food.​
As a result, by 12 months, more than half of iron fish users had anemia.  Effective use of Lucky Ironfish requires hot water and a constant PH (수소 이온 농도 지수). And in the process, iron fish turns into microscopic particles that add iron to food. Lucky Iron fish also releases 6-8 mg of iron per liter of liquid at safe levels. I think the technology is important because it is easy to use. They should just add their lucky iron fish along with any liquid or based meals. Also, it is safe because the lucky iron fish releases a safe level of iron that is easily absorbed by the body. Lastly, it can be made of recycled iron. But I thought it would be interesting to see this little thing save a lot of people. And it was hard for people without money to buy medicine, but it was good to be able to live healthy because there are cheap and easy-to-use products.
