Evidence one about me.
I made a tiktok that tells others information about me and my life.
It went well because it made people feel more at ease and feel like they know each other better.
If I did this again I would add more information and make the video longer.

During my enrolment i brought in my GCSE results to discuss what course would be best for me.
This went well because I could then start my college course and start to study.
This was also good as I could tell college about any concerns I had.

I had a chat with my course leader about how I’m liking college and if I have any worries about my course or the work. I also got asked if I needed additional time.
This was good as, if I had worries then I would’ve been helped, and I could have also got extra time if I was allowed.

Evidence one blanket
Everyone in the group got a piece of paper and wrote their names and a fact about themselves on it. As a team we then connected all the pieces of paper together. We all worked to gether as a team. If we did it again, we should have put 2 facts on the back of the paper.

Evidence two scavenger hunt
We worked in small teams to find different places around the college when given riddles. This went well because we found all the places. If we did it again there should have been more places to go.

Evidence three frisbee
In this game we threw the frisbee to someone in our team, so that they could go and score in the nets. This went well because it made everyone want their team to win. If we did it again we could have made some rules.

I have good attendance that is above 95% after a full term. so I am always up to date with work and assignments which means I'm not behind in the learning.

I have met all the deadlines for my assignments. This means that for all my assignments I am not capped at a pass, and can actually achieve a better grade.

I use a reusable water bottle everyday at college. I do this as its better for the environment than using a disposable bottle everyday

I also recycle my rubbish at home. This rubbish can then be re used which is good for the environment.

I also use a reusable bag when I am shopping. This is better than using plastic bags as they are single use and bad for the environment.

I also help motivate people to do better which supports them in what they're doing. This means that if they don't feel like they are learning at work I support and mentor them so they feel like they are learning new things.

I showed leadership in college, as i volunteered to help for our college open evening. After the teachers welcomed them i took over and showed them to the department they wanted to go to. I could have been more confident as I didn't engage with the people that much.

I attended a talk at college that was about drink driving and how your actions affect others. This made me appreciate that you have to think about your actions before doing them.

I attended another talk at college. This one was about knife crime, and how one decision can change your life so easily. Alison Cope's son got killed by someone who decided to stab him after a night out, which made me realise that things can get out of hand quickly.

I attended a talk about the probation service. This gave me an insight into what these people do in their job. It also gave me an idea of the careers that are available and the salaries of these.

In my part time job I help train up new members of staff. This helps as it makes them understand what they need to do in this job, it also means that they get help to do these tasks. It makes me feel happy as I am helping others.

At the start of my part time job I shadowed my manager, this helped me as it built up my knowledge and understanding of what I was meant to be doing.

Sometimes I get left alone at my job to manage different events that are going on. This shows that my manager trusts me to manage the other staff and also the timings of when things get done.
