Set online research for homework (provided all learners have access).
Provide printed copies of online lesson materials.
Download audio or video to play in class.

Learners complete online research at home (if they have access) and share in class. If connectivity varies amongst learners, you could distribute different tasks through group or project work according to who has internet access at home.
Divide learners into groups and have them working on different (linked) tasks, rotating groups so that everyone gets a chance to use the technology during the lesson/day/week.
