  • GO: Group Order we as GOM are the ones consolidating all orders and payments in one time to sent to our Supplier. DISCLAIMER: WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL GO IF WE DID NOT MEET THE REQUIRED QUANTITY OR IF IT GETS COMPLICATED.
  • DOO: Deadline of Order. We too have our own deadline to our suppliers so we need to send the orders before their deadline to secure the items. *note: for Solo GOs (meaning not assorted or batch orders) we only designate certain quantities. If all slots are taken then we can no longer accept orders for that GO. 
  • DOP: Deadline of Payment. Just like DOO we also have our deadline of payment from our suppliers so please make sure to pay on time so we can secure your orders.
  • ETA: Estimated Time of Arrival. For now we only use NORMAL ETA for most GOs/Batches. Usually it takes 3-4weeks to arrive here in PH AFTER we have the tracking no. and NOT after you paid the item. We also might consider having FAST ETA but only on high demand since its a bit pricey so we expect your full trust and patience on this coz we don't have control on this. NOTE: DELAYS/LOSS OF SHIPMENT/DAMAGE PARCEL DUE TO INTERNATIONAL/LOCAL COURIER IS NOT OUR LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY. AGAIN WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE SHIPMENT OF THE ITEMS FROM SUPPLIERS TO OUR LOCAL ADDRESS BUT ONCE THE ITEMS ARE WITH US WE WILL ENSURE THAT YOUR BABIES ARE SAFE UPON SHIPMENT TO YOURS. 
  • TN: Tracking Number. You may check your tracking no.s once the items have arrived in our local address and is ready to ship to yours. Tracking Sheet is indicated in your confirmation email.
  • GA: Giveaway. We do GA's every once in a while so stay tuned and make sure to have our notifs on so you will be updated. 😉

  • First we secure your orders to our suppliers.
  • Second we wait for their confirmation so we could send the payment.
  • Third we will wait for the items to arrived at our suppliers address so he/she can start sorting and packing the orders.
  • Fourth once all orders are ready the supplier will ship the order to our local address and they will provide us with the tracking no. and the waiting game begins.
  • Fifth once the items arrived in PH and in our local address we will begin to sort and pack your babies.
  • Additional step would be the Card Pooling if ever there's one open in the GO.
  • Once done with sorting, card pooling(if applicable), packing then we will update the tracking sheet for your TNs to be shipped to your local address 🤗

    SPECIAL NOTE: please make sure to pay your SF on-time as well so we could ship your babies as soon as the items arrived in PH. 

    The process from arriving the items in our local address to shipping to your local address (not including the transport from the courier to you) should take us a week or so to finish so please bear with us. 🤗💜
