Students with disabilities must be able to meaningfully participate in general education classrooms, access and benefit from the curriculum, and have access to the Least Restrictive Environment. I believe it is important for educators and administration to determine what is truly necessary for a student to succeed, and that we have adequate programming, inclusion supports/training, and clear guidelines.
