My countryside detached house is located near Saldus, but my nearest neighbour is 2 km away. I dont have any farm animals, but the forest animals come to eat at my mothers garden, so i see them prety often in the mornings. This house was built in the 1968. tu be a forestry house, but we bought it in 2008 and remodeled it to a nice cosy house made out of concrete and cement. We even have our own sauna where we go almost every saturday or sunday. Their house is a detached one. It has two floors and a backyard behind it. 
I will focus on the first floor since my grandmother lives on the ground floor.
The first floor has a big living room that is combined with the kitchen. There is no pantry. We have two bedrooms and a bathroom. 
To be fair, I have no idea what the house is made of. If I had to guess then the house could be made of bricks...? And then painted over.
My grandparents have been living here for a long, long time. And from what I have been told, my parents decided to live with them and build a second floor on top of the house. My parent borrowed bank's money to build this house. And still are paying the money back.
I'd say that the house is somewhat expensive since it is not far from the Rigas center.
This house might be haunted because of the sounds it makes during the day and night. But I will never know. :)

My priorities when it comes to what kind of house I'd want to look for are these three:
1) Looks vintage, located in Austria, whether it's an apartment or a three story house, it should always have the cozyness, vintage look to it.
2) Everything would be renesance themed, and the colors of the inside would be matching. P.s. Furniture should also be a big part of the theme making.
3) Everything should be minimized and have a cute/cozy look to it.
