This is proven when the author state that the robots can communicate with each other and even won a game. In fact, regarding completing specific tasks, robots can do better than well-trained human. Not only that, the robots can also arrange information faster and accurately. Furthermore, the robots are rarely failed to complete the tasks in their workplace. Most of the evidence was provided by the author are facts that can be found in every paragraph.

Today, many robotic technologies had been used to replace the human workforce in order to increase its efficiency. Some may see it as a good sign and other may think otherwise as in the article entitled 'Replaced by a Robot' written by an unknown author. The purpose of the article was to inform the readers on the benefits of increasing robotic workforce in every field. In this article, the author seems to using a judgemental tone as the author is always to prove its statement. Reading the article, the author claim that, as the technology improves, employers in all fields should fire a way to increased their robotic workforce and minimize human error.

According to the author the use of robotic technology have increased as it give benefits in term of technology decision making, performing specific task and also reducing human error. From the author's point of view, technology has improved and robotic technology are able to make decission and also using its creativity in same areas can work the level as humans. Thus, can be seen as robots in same areas can work almost same level as humans. The author also stated that the well-designed of machines usually can do specific tasks better than a well-trained human. Thus, any type of information can be sort by robot quickly and accurately. Lastly, the author also think that replacing a human by robot is not only based on its efficiency but in other aspect are also taking into account. For example, the surgical robot can make the right cut (Manjoo) better than a doctor.

The article was clear and well supported as the author includes some of the evidences and counter arguments. The types of the evidence provided in the article are facts based on an investigation. The evidence are included in every paragraph for each the counter arguments. One of the evidence are the investigation came out by Murray stating that the use of the software programme can identify any suspicious activity which can alert investigators. This particular evidence, supported the main idea that the well-designed of machines usually can do specific task better than a well-trained human. Counter arguments are provided in each of the paragraph. For example, it had been argued that humans only can be replaced by the robots in certain low-skilled jobs. From this counter argument, the author’s stated that technology has improved and robotic technology are able to make decission and also using its creativity in same areas can work the level as humans.

In conclusion, the article titled 'Replaced by a Robot' provides a different perspective about the uses of robotic technology in humans life. There is no doubt that the author had argue in the article about the benefits of replacing human by robot are true but they may also have its disadvantages . We personally think that humans were to be replaced by robot in the future, they are may be consequences as jobs opportunities will decrease and number of unemployed people will incease. Lastly we hope that more research will be done on this matter, so that we can make a right decision in the future to avoid any complications.

By: Fira, Aimi, Fazhilah, Balqis

However, in my opinion there are both advantages and disadvantages if we fully depend on robots. There are issues to be considered as robots can increase unemployment rate and require high maintainance cost but they can help human with their workloads. I hope that more researches will be conducted redarding the issues of using robots as a replacement of humans in the workforce to ensure that this effort would benefit human to the maximum level.

by: syakirah, haziqah, syafiqah, aida 🌸🍄
