I met new people from Latvia. We had a great time. We tried to remember our adjectives and names. We had lunch together. I enjoyed wandering around the school the most because it was fun to show them our school and its students. I didn’t have any difficulties. I would try to talk more next time.

I kinda love the experience but sometimes with each other we had some trouble to communicate. But it is not necessary. I LUV their culture. The history of their country. It is really my cup of tea. I learned their cultural dances and some school activities.

I would rather doing more social activities with them.

Today, we did some activities with the visiting team. We spoke in English, played games, and talked about our cultures. During the activity, I tried to speak and ask questions.

I learned new English words. I also learned to speak a little more comfortably. I learned new things about another country.

I liked the speaking part the most because it was nice to meet new people. It made me happy.

Sometimes I had difficulty when I was speaking English. It was hard to find the right words. But I still tried to speak.

Next time, I want to be more prepared. If I learn more words, I will feel better.

Today we have met our friends from Latvia. We later got to learn about them. I really enjoyed listening to the presentation they did. It was amazing learning about their country and culture. I enjoyed it because I think they have a really interesting and fun culture. I personally didnt have any difficulties talking or understanding them. I wouldnt do anything different tho I kind of wish they didnt leave as soon as they did because we didnt get to do more social activities.

I met our guests from Latvia. I learned about their culture, their country, and their history. Eating with them was fun because it was interesting to see a non-Turkish person eating Turkish food. The reason is that I've always wondered what others think about our food. I had almost no difficulties because they were cooperative. Maybe I can meet more more of them the next day.

Today was so much fun and it was obviously better than the first day.

We prepared an e-book about our cultures and presented it with our peers. Than, we went to lunch and attended an informal meeting which was about a Turkish traditional instrument called “Ney”. After that, we all joined classes to observe the class, teachers and students. Finally, we had a volleyball match.

Today was super interesting and we did more things than yesterday ! The volleyball was quite unexpected and scary but its fine. I really love how everyone is super nice and extremly welcoming. My favorite part was in the cafeteria when we had a mini-performance with the national primitive turkish music instrument.

We designed e-books about our cultures. We presented these e-books and then had lunch. Afterwards, we drank black tea accompanied by a ney (Turkish flute) performance. Then there was a volleyball match. The volleyball match was the most fun because I supported Latvia. I finished the day without any difficulties. I will get closer to my friends tomorrow.

Today we did a few activities and I won in the first activity. We also visited lessons and a lot of people wanted to meet me and my classmates. There was a volleyball match between our school and Yeal. I liked speaking with my partner and others, because my partner is very nice, and so is everyone else. Today was very tiring and long, but it was fun.

It was a busy day but I think it was most beautiful day I ever had in my life. I guess they had a beautiful day to. We played games and friends played volleyball. They played pretty good. We are not pro. I tired but it was a good experience that I had.

Today we played a game about finding people who has pet,who has woke up early and so on

After that we write an e-book about Turkish and Latvia culture,and we went to cafeteria and eat lunch,after lunch Mehmet teacher played ney and they sang.And our friends and our school team played volleybal match i think our friends played very well!

On Day 2, I did many activities with my group. First, we played some energizer games and had fun. Then, we created an e-book together. I learned how to work with my friends and share ideas. After that, we presented our e-book in front of others. It helped me improve my English speaking. My favorite activity was the volleyball match because it was very fun. I had a little difficulty understanding some English words. Next time, I want to speak more and feel more confident.

Today we made e-books it was really intresting because i did that first time. It was nice to learn about Turkey and also learn some new thing about Latvia too. It was a long day with a lot of different activities that arent in Latvia so I really appreciate learning these new thing. I liked the volleyball match everyone was really supportive and cheerful so its nice to see that the Turkey is different from Latvia. We dont really cheer like this in small matches only if its like a big match so it was a suprise to se everyone cheering

We created e-books with our partners, we played a game called Find Someone Who, we had lunch in our school cafeteria and then we went to our school saloon to listen to Ney, and then we had a volleyball match with our school volleyball team, and thats all for the day:)

Today we did a lot, we played volleyball, it was difficult because I was embarrassed, because the girls are like pro and we are just girls that dont really play. We also made a e-book it was a little confusing because i have never made it before. And i dont really like to resent infront of the class because its embarrassing. I was also in art class wear i made a panting and made new friends.

Today,we had a really productive day first we wrote an e-book together.We had so much fun and we presented our own page.Later on we went to the cafeteria and our teacher played us a traditional instrument "Ney".We drank Turkish black tea while listening to his music.Then we watched the volleyball match.It was really nice and all the girls did such a great job.Lastly we headed back to the computer room and here we are now writing about our day.

I had a great time really. Creating the e book was fun and learn more about Turkey. I learned new things about Turkish culture, traditions, and daily life. I really enjoyed working together it was friendly and fun. I also liked tasting new food in the cafeteria and then trying Turkish tea for the first time, and listening to traditional music. The volleyball match was very good, and the support from others was amazing and unforgettable. It was a litte bit confusing ir the end and after the match I felt a bit emotional, not because of volleyball. Next time, I would try to stay more relaxed and enjoy every moment even more.

Today we made an e-book, watched a art lesson, played volleyball. I liked the art lesson the most because we painted flower drawings on water. I learned that volleyball is a little different for Turks than for us. And that in Turkey volleyball is one of the main sports. I learned how to make an e-book, which I have never done before.

Today we had a little energizer then we had to make the cultural E-books where i had to talk about cultural symbols on both Turkey and Latvia, my partner in this work was Tuçh. I learned much about Turkey's culture, food and festivals. Later on after lunch we went to the 2nd floor of the cafeteria building where we could drink traditional turkish tea and listen to a traditional turkish flute called - Nea. I drank 2 cups of the tea. Later on we had a break before we we separated and went to diffrent lessons. Me, Evelīna un Intars went to chemestry where we looked how they made soap out of recyclable oil. We exchanged few stuff like, taught each other words from our language, and other little things. We got their made soap in the end and next we had the big Volleyball match with the professional volleyball team of the school. We were pretty scared because we're not professionals, and in the end i'd say it was tragic. But oh well it is what it is.

I would prolly get something else as my sports wear but because i didnt have anything better i wore what i had.

At first we had a icebreaker and then we got divided into pairs of one Turkish and one Latvian. We had to know each other by a little "star" game. When we got to know each other we had a little tour of the school before going to the lunch. The food was something else than i imagined. Then we had a presentation. I probably shouldve prepared better for the presentation. But i think it went well as it was.

Today was my first time of meeting Latvian people.First we got to know each other by playing fun games.Everyone was so sweet,I really enjoyed the atmosphere.Then our guests made a presentation about their country and culture.I loved Latvia so much in general and I guess the amazing presentation that our pretty girls made played a big role at this.The first day went was much better than I expected.
