Q1. Explain the activities
For this task we had to make a tik tok or PowerPoint all about us. Once we had made it we had to present it to the whole class and answer some questions from some of the students in the class. For example do you have any pets. In the video or PowerPoint we displayed it included things such as hobbies, interests, family and friends, pets etc.

|Q2. What Went Well
In this presentation I believe that the length of my video is enough time to fit in all the main things about me. Another thing i think went went well was that i added more than one picture onto each page so it doesn't get boring. From this task i was able to understand more students in my class and gain more knowledge about them and who they are.

Q3. What would u change
There's a few things that i would change about my presentation. First of all i would of added more sections about me to make it more intriguing and i would also change how i didn't really engage much in other peoples presentations.

Q1. Explain the activities
For this activity we had to come to the college and sit and speak to a member of the college staff about a variety of different things. We also had to discuss the course that i was wanting to take on. We also had to take pictures for our student id badges. I also had to show them my grades to secure a place in college.

Q2. What went well
I believe that when i spoke to the staff about the course i wanted to take on they made me feel really comfortable about what i wanted to do. They also talked me through what public services would include as i orignally wanted to do a-levels and wasn't too sure on public services. They properly explained everything that we would do and how this course would benefit me more in what i wanted to do as my career.

What would you change
There is not much i would change about my enrolment because i think it went very well and i got enough information to persuade me to do the course i chose even though i wasn't too sure on it at the beggining. I think i could been a bit more confident in asking questions and speaking to the staff.

Evidence 3 - Working in a pub

Q.1 Explain the activitie
I used to work in a pub waitressing, meaning i had to communicate alot throughout the whole year whilst i was there. Including taking orders where i had to speak to the customers and let them know what we have run out of or answer any questions they have about the food and drinks. I also had to communicate with the chefs incase the order was wrong or customers ask questions or have feedback about their food. As i was working in a pub communication was the most important thing i had be able to do. Speaking politely and having good manners even if the customer was rude.

Q2. what went well
I believe i was up to the standards of the pubs rules and could confidently speak to customers and make them feel comfortable and in good hands. I would mess up a few times but always be able to over come the situation. I had a good relationship with the other staff and boss that worked there meaning i could let them know if i wasn't sure on something or felt uncomfortable at any point.

Q3. What would you change
I would change how i felt at the beggining of working there as i just cleaned in the mornings because i didn't want to be a waitress. I didn't feel confident enough to work there and speak to customers but once i started their i enjoyed it.

Q1. Explain the activitie
In leadership we had to create a poster on who we thought would be the best leader and give it a name and attributes it would have to be the best leader it can be. For example ... intelligent etc. We had to speak about it as a group in tables and figure out how we would present the image of this person and how it would look. We used good teamwork so we could come to a conclusion on everything. Once we had decided we had to present it too the class and convince them that ours would be the best leader.

Q2. What went well
I believe that the whole group had added things to the poster and no one was not contributing which shows we used good teamwork to complete the task. We also spoke and communicated about what would be a positive and negative thing that this person would have if being the best leader and all worked well as a team.

Q3. what i would improve
For this task i would of spoken more when presenting to the class and gave more information to them. I also would have wrote more ideas down on the poster in the time we had to complete the task.

Evidence 2 - Group activities

Q1. explain the activities
On our introduction week we did lots of fun activites to get to know the staff and other students that go there. For one of the activities we all had to go into the sports hall and do an arrangment of different activities. For example we all had to get into a line laid down on mats and there was a big cylinder that we had to pass down and once it had reached you and you had passed it on you had to get up and go to the end of the line until you reached the end. If you dropped it you had to start again. One of the other activities we had to do was having to all stand on a big mat and has to fold in all the corners but not be able to move of off the mat.

Q2. What went well
These activities used alot of teamwork and communication to be able to beat all of the other groups and finish it. When passing the cylinder down the line we had to work together to make sure we didn't drop it and could be the first to finish. Our team bet the others meaning we used good communiaction and took our time so we didn't drop it.

Q3. What i would improve
i belive there isn't anything i would improve from this because we all did our best to finish the challenge and used the best communication we could to win.

Evidence 3 - Working in a pub

Q1. Explain the activities
I used to work in a pub doing waitressing and teamwork is an important skill to have in this job. I had to listen to my boss about what I had to do that day and what the chef specials are etc. If I didn't listen or there was no teamwork put into this then we would have no customers wanting to have food or drinks. When everyone works together especially when there's weddings/ birthday parties etc then they run smoothly and everything goes to plan. Being able to follow everything and keep everything organised helps everyone working because then everything is in place and ready.

Q2. What went well
I worked at this job for over a year and it was very helpful in the sense of confidence and communication with people. I had to meet new people when I first joined and as I worked there over the year and half, new people started which means I had to teach them. This helps with teamwork building and helping each other out.

Q3. What would you change
I would change my attitude towards that job as I never wanted to go in. My time management wasn't that good also which caused problems. Teamwork wise I wish I would of asked for more help if needed when I first started etc. k

Q1. Explain the activities
To be more sustainable i recycle my plastic bottles and all rubbish etc. I make sure i put them in the correct bins so they get took out in the correct places. I make sure the recyclable waste goes in my blue bin , garden waste goes in my brown bin and my grey and green bins are used for non-recyclable waste.

Q2. What went well
I am helping out the environment by doing this daily and making sure everything's organised and in the correct places. Which then helps reduce the need for landfill and more costly forms of disposal.

Q3. What would I improve
I sometimes don't check the label , or I forget to take things out to the bins. I would also improve making sure everything goes in the correct bin.

Q1 - explain the evidence

To be more sustainable I use refillable water bottles as it helps to reduce plastic waste , instead of using plastic bottles.

Q2 - what went well

by doing this you prevent 150 plastic water bottles from filling the oceans annually. This will lower the amount of plastic bottle waste in landfill helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
