Who is responsible for asset management?

Can we use QR codes to keep track of the devices?

Faculty must sign releases acknowledging that the devices belong to SAE

How will we handle loss, theft, or breakage with employees?

How can we make sure we receive the devices back if the school seperates from an employee?

There are apps that allow you to write liability forms and then have the user of the device sign them electronically (see below).

Who is the point person for troubleshooting devices? They need to be available all the time

What PD will we give the teachers? When will this happen?

Will staff be given the opportunity to share their failures and successes together? No admin present in order to remove the pressure of being honest!

Can we make a simple plan of how we will implement the technology and stick with it for at least half of the school year?

Google Docs must be a major priority for the entire school! No more emailing documents!

It is important for us to continue to learn about apps and resources, but we can't bombard the teachers with new things to implement all year.

What will we do with the curriculum resources we already have? What stays? What goes?

We need a document that states the goal for this program over the next year. All of the teachers need to agree to it.

2. Improve Collaboration

3. Streamline the workflow

Integration of the curriculum is too broad and abstract

Will there be problems maintaining the quality of our internet connection due to the number of devices?

What will our process be for troubleshooting issues?

Is there a consequence for not charging your device at home? How will we deal with kids who don't have their devices ready for school?

Will each student have an apple ID? Each class?

Will there be storage/charging stations in each classroom?

Are we going to buy headphones for each child? Will the families supply their own?
