         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Each new ruler brought an added value, new perspective, new ideas &amp; different ways of executing these ideas. We can see what they did wrong and right making the changes very historically significant. For example Cambyses II was a cruel leader who was in power for 3 years but followed by Darius I a gentile kind leader who ruled for 10 years.&nbsp; These changes in styles of ruling shows what worked for this society and how the people responded.<br>-Not only was the style of leadership change significant but also what they did while they were in power.&nbsp; Some rulers were building and restoring (Hakor) while other tried to conquer the world (Alexander).  These changes in goals while in leadership are significant </div>]]></description>
