I worked with a fellow student to develop a lesson for us to teach to second graders integrating their current fall vocabulary and something new, being the poem format. After having great success with this lesson we then redeveloped the lesson to be more adequate for the kindergarten and third grade grade levels. This is a great demonstration of my passion for the language because this the very first lesson we taught the students and we took no short cuts to make this lesson anything but stellar. This has be an amazing opportunity that has helped open my eyes to the field of teaching. I and also involved with an internship with Nipmuc's integration program and while doing both of these internships i have found a love to teaching and working with children. Having this language under my belt will prove to be very helpful when pursuing my career as a teacher.

How did you PERSEVERE in order to be successful? ohagand17 https://padlet.com/ohagand17/7hi39gddwoz4/wish/149006534 I found my work in my freshman year Advanced Spanish Grammar and Composition to be the best example of my perseverance. In this class we completed an over 80 page packet of the common verbs that needed to be conjugated into different tenses and forms. This was a long and laborious task but was well worth it and has proven to be very helpful in my Spanish career.
