We were talking quietly down the street when a man appeared in front of us. He was an old, ugly and dirty man and he seemed like a ghost and we were very scared. I closed my eyes for a second and when I opened them the man wasn’t there. Elena was as confussed as me, she didn’t know what had happened. We walked a bit more and when we turned around the corner the man appeared again. Although Elena started to scream and I was very scared, I asked him, annoyed: Why are you following us? We didn’t do anything to you! The man also started to scream and again a second later he disappeared. The man didn’t appear again and Elena and me finally arrived home.
I was very confussed and scary about this situation but also I was happy because I faced him.

I was alone at home because my parents were having a dinner with old friends of their teenage age and my sister had gone out with her friends, so she was going to arrive late.

I was reading a book in my bedroom until going to sleep when, suddenly, I heard an annoying sound in the kitchen. I went down stairs and checked that nobody was stealing. Therefore I entered in the kitchen and while I was crossing the door the pantry’s door closed. I run up stairs and my parents arrive at home simultaneously.

I remember that I felt really scared and relieved when my parents arrived. I’m a strong-willed person, so I want to be right most of the times and I didn't believe in that things but since that I had my main changed.

It was midnight when we saw a strange figure through the window running in the garden. A few of us went out to see what had happened. Suddenly, we realised that a person was jumping a fence that separated a field from the garden of the house. Six of us ran after that person for half an hour but we couldn’t catch him or her. We don’t know yet who that person was.

At that moment, we felt quite confused and a bit scared too.

I didn't matter at all as I had slept on my own may times, but in a few hours that changed.
I was lais-back while I was watching TV, when suddenly I heard a strong noise. I was very worried because I didn’t know where did it come from.
I decided not to give it importance and I continued watching a movie, but the noises started again, and this time they were accompanied by voices, and the worst... I didn’t know where the sounds came from !!
I don’t consider myself a brave person, so I ran to my room and locked the door.
I tried to fall asleep but the voices continued and I could distinguish a name: Emma. I didn’t understand anything. I had never been so scared!
Finally I was able to fall asleep and fortunately in the morning the ounds had stopped. I decided to go out for breakfast and when I was in the elevator, I saw an ad in it: Our cat has been lost, it's called Emma. If you find it, call this number. Thank you.
Then I understood everything and I laughed at myself, how naive I am!

I was just having a great time laughing at those videos.

After some time I felt the need to go to the bathroom so I took my headphones off. Suddenly, I heard a noise outside but it was really close to my window, so I decided to take a look outside, I couldn´t see much because everything was pitch black. The sound was similar to a cat meowing but it was so high pitched that it ended up freaking me out. It was impossible for me to know where it came from and I wasn´t brave enough to go out there and check what it was. I thought of going to my parent's bedroom and waking them up but the idea of leaving my room didn't sound very good. 

As it always happens when I'm scared I felt the need to lay down in fetal position and to cover myself with the bed blankets. I closed my eyes trying to forget the sound but my mind wouldn't stop replaying it. I opened them discovering that I had turned into a wild animal that was running trying to eat. To eat everyone I loved.
 I woke up sweating, I looked around but there was nothing weird, the sound was gone. But I suddenly noticed how my mouth tasted like blood and my hands were bleeding, probably because I was pressing my nails against them while I was sleeping. I felt like someone was trying to choke me and I fell asleep again.

When I woke up everything was normal again and it never happened again. I returned to my bed, but after 20 minutes I heard someone talking, I knew it could be neither the TV nor the toy, because they were both switched off. I woke up very scared and as I went to the living room I turned on all the lights I could. As I saw the living room was empty and the toy was off, I returned to my bedroom and I closed the door. The next day my father asked me at what time I had gone to bed, because he had heard someone talking during the night.

When we had packed everything we needed to spend the weekend we began our way to the cottage. It was quite tough because the road was not in good conditios but my father said this was good as nobody would bother us.When we first saw the cottage we were impressed with how nice it was. We went in and prepared everything we needed. As night was falling , it was becoming cooler and coolerand there was no light so the cottage looked very creepy. Suddenly, we heard some branches shake and crack and a car coming closer. Out of the blue we heard a manwho was  was carrying some heavy weapons ,knocking on the door. We were terrified! We went to open the door and what we saw surprised us.
It was my parents’ friend who had come to fix the lights. We felt so relieved that we started laughing uncontrollably very nervous while the man just looked at us very confused.

Her house is quite abandoned because nobody lives there even though it still belong to us. I went upstaires to the loft with her to take the flowers and bring them to the church. I suddenly started to here somebody behind me but I didn't found it strange , as I had come here with my grandma. The problem was that I turned around and I was alone. I realised then that one neighbour always told us she sometimes see a spirit of the previous owner of the house but I didn't believe in that kind of things. When i had arrive from the church back to the house and we were going to go home I start feeling someone was looking at me, I can't really explain how I felt.

We felt a little bit scared but we tried to forget it, so we started to play football.  While we were resting, the ball began to move alone writing in the grass “out of here”. But it wasn’t everything, when we returned home it was writing that horrific words in all the windows. We run and run until we couldn’t go on. It was no explanation for that so we were very frightened. 

Years have been passed since that but we can’t forget that terrifying day. They were old and they have their faces burned. Suddenly, I woke up, and I thought it was just a nightmare.

This Summer, in the month of August, I was with two of my friends walking. We were coming from a party, when suddenly, one of my friends stopped walking and she said:

 -Wait, do you see that?

She was pointing at something that was in a fence near an old house.

 -Yes, but I don’t know what it is, maybe is an onion.

 -Let’s see.

When we get near, we saw a terrifying doll, hanging from the fence. Her face was burned, and it was covered by ashes. We started to run away. 

A few days later, we pass in front of that house, to show the doll in the fence to my friend’s mother. Next to the fence the old house had a broken window. That house was abandoned. Near the doll hanged on the fence, there was a tree. We looked up and we could see 4 dolls, hanged with a rope from the tree. The last week, we didn’t see anything in that tree. Each doll had a name written on their forehead. And those names, were ours.

The only thing visible downstairs is darkness. But we were used to that. 
One night, at about two the morning I woke up and I heard a noise coming from the attic; it sounded like footsteps. I told my sister, who at first just called me paranoid, but later agreed it sounded like someone was running around. It eventually stopped, but then, just outside the door, we heard someone breathing. Terrified, I got up to see who it was. I couldn't see anyone there. What I could see was that the light in passageway that only turns on when someone walks past it, was on. But the third night, when my parents were sleeping I started to hear strange things but I did not pay attention to them.The next night I heard the same sounds, but my parents were awake so we went to investigate where the sounds came from.  We listened and found that the sounds were coming from the kitchen. We thought we had found something strange in the kitchen when suddenly the sound changed place and my father disappeared. My mum and I were scared but we continued to investigate. Ten minutes later we found my dad chasing a hamster.  I was with my mother and my sister in the house of one friend of my mother, Olivia, and we were playing some kind of board game, when suddenly, Olivia started doing strange things while she initiated to tell us the horrible history which ended up causing a divorce with her husband.
 She was elevating the tone of her voice more and more, and finally she ended with a horrible screaming. A few seconds after this she started to make horrible screams and spasms... When instantly all the lights turned off.
 After five seconds of darkness the lights turned on, but something was wrong, Olivia wasn't there, instead of her it was a puddle of blood covering all the floor.
