         <description><![CDATA[<div>The biggest advantage/benefit of sharing our work is creating unified purpose and to better serve our communities and families. The success were the opportunity to celebrate our success so far and future planning and collaboration. There are opportunity growth in planning and share knowledge and experience. I believe that it serves the greater good knowing that we know that we are not alone in our believes and that we can support each other.<br><br>Nelson</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It was beneficial to be able to share the BOTK contact information with ALL the Elementary building Family Liaisons. I was able to chat with each table.&nbsp; I reminded them that the Monthly activity sheets and the Monthly Community Calendars can be used as a resource for families.<br>FL were thankful for the conversation.&nbsp; They also were reminded that BOTK can help with transition requirements for Title I.  A few in depth conversations were had around ways to present information to families and how to get feedback from families.<br>I would like a contact list of all the building liaisons so that I can share community events with them when I hear about them. &nbsp;<br>Aimee</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most of the liaisons at my table were already aware of some Title I requirements or had to manage and access the folder.&nbsp; We were able to share opportunities and challenges we each had around Family Engagement and planning.&nbsp; We shared ways of how we each collected Title I materials. &nbsp;<br>Zang</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sharing our work with the liaisons highlights the ways we overlap and complement each other in the work we do.&nbsp; It also raises their awareness of OEL and what we do to carry out our mission.&nbsp; I have one school that is on top of their Title One reports.&nbsp; This school/liaison became a model for others at the table.&nbsp; I have met with two other liaisons at their schools since the meeting and have two more meetings set up for next week. By connecting and collaborating, we are able to see our strengths and plan for the future. The level of engagement of the participants at my table ranged from "i got this" to 'deer in the headlights'.<br><br>Karen</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was able to have conversations with the 2 grant schools I support. They are already aware of the ways in which I can contribute to their Title 1 compliance expectations. We shared information on TYPSD opportunities and other family opportunities with the Family Liaison at Highland Park Elementary. They currently have no Pre-K and a PC. She asked for additional resources to share with her principal as they plan family engagement opportunities for the 2018-19 school year. That's when their remodeling will be done and they will start a Pre-K classroom.<br>Monica</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The benefit of sharing our works with liaisons is being able to reach and serve all our SPPS families and children.&nbsp; It is a huge job when working with families, therefore, having more than one person to be able to make connections will only mean that we are reaching more families.&nbsp; Being able to see where our work can overlap so that we can coordinate with one another.&nbsp; Sharing with one another ideas and strategies being used to engage families and get them involved.<br><br>Nee&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
