Sleeping can also be helpful in studying since your cognitive load can only take so much in one sitting.

For experiment #2 it was about choosing a way to get off your phone and focus on the important matters such as homework, etc. For this experiment I chose to switch up the type of music I listen to. I went from listening to rap music to chiller music like RnB and soul music. When I changed my music I noticed a big difference. It did truly help me and I'm still using that method. One of my favorite albums is Got a Story to Tell by Thee Sacred Souls. That album has been helpful since it’s very calm. I recommend a listen.
