         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Memorize your resume as best as possible like dates of things too ,so you don't have to keep looking at it multiple times and can be focused on the interview.<br>2. Make sure to have eye contact and move your body in the direction their body moves, so they get the impression you are really paying attention.<br>3. Make sure to thank them for having you after the interview has finished. (Maybe wish them a good day.)<br>4. Try to not close up your body and stay relaxed no arms crossed or with your hands in your pockets because you will seem nervous rather than comfortable and confident.<br>5. Move your hands a bit when speaking, so you seem enthusiastic and so you don't accidentally close your hands together which could make you look nervous.</div>]]></description>
