Some of them want to get marry, to have children, to live in healthy way and to earn well. Other people desire to overcome an exam, to climb the highest mountain or to live in serenity with their own friends. Among the human species the goals are very different, but there is one thing above all that makes people equal. People love to talk. We are great communicators and we can communicate so many things in so many ways with our faces, our hands, our bodies, our voices, but most important of all we can record what we say and think in writing, so that we can communicate through time. Today we can do it in real time with Web 2.0 tools. First of all, it is necessary to know the context of start of the students and most of all it is important to adapt the planning stage at their own needs, interests and skills, going beyond the initial project and to expand it in active way, in a lifelong learning vision. I usually use videos, audios, LIMbooks, DVDs, cards, songs and worksheets for the developing of the language skills. I also use diagrams, charts, maps, drawings or images such as graphic organizers. Beyond the goals in the process of teaching- learning it is necessary to establish the learning outcomes together after an investigation, an analysis of the environment and an initial assessment. At the first step it is necessary a screening to analyze the situation and at the end there is a moment of verify to evaluate acquiring of information and knowledges that is the summative or final assessment. In the whole process of learning- teaching there is a very important moment that is the formative assessment, a daily routine that increases the challenge, providing feedback about the effectiveness of methodologic and teaching strategies. This step goes beyond the summative assessment, verifying that students can apply the knowledge in concrete situations, at their own pace.

Moreover students through their own thinking skills should also evaluate their own learning progresses, during a moment of a self evaluation. I think that the evaluation isn’t a point of arrive, but  a step in continue evolution.  l
