Imagine you are a young person living on the streets of Amsterdam at this time. You have no money and have to ask people for bread. On most days and almost every night, bombs fall on the city. If the police catch you, they will send you a camp in Germany. Describe your life.
We would be scared and so hungry. We are living under a bridge because in that place we are safe of the bombs and the police. We don't want to go to the concentration camps. Also we search the food in the black market and in the trash. Surely we would have many diseases, use wood for heating and ask people for help.
We belive that our lifes would be like this.
