To start with, I will be introducing basic things I learned from sociology and its sociological perspectives. Firstly, that sociology was named by this sociologist named August Compte in the 1830s when he proposed a synthetic science uniting all knowledge about human activity. Furthermore, sociology was considered the study of social sciences. Having three main types of perspectives; the functional perspective, Marxist perspective, and interactionist perspective. So, the following is what I learned from my two favorite perspectives. The functional perspective taught me about how the sociologist Herbert Spencer compared society as an organism which in other words means that everyone is different and everyone must have a different type of function. However, I learn that this may lead to anomie, anomie is a mental stage of confusion where someone has a feeling of not fitting in the society's environment. 

Lastly, the Marxist perspective is mostly known as a perspective of conflict where Karl Marx argues that the ruling class is taking advantage of the working class. Also, that in the future the working class will overthrow the ruling class in a revolution. This will then be done by education and personal development that will lead them to create an equal society of a new system called communism, where no one rules no one. However, in turn to culture in sociology, everything in life is learned meaning that the type of language we speak and deliver is what we have learned. Let say for instance or let say a Taiwanese child learns to speak his first words will be based on what he has gathered from the environment that he is in. Either being with his parents or any other family members. Nevertheless, in culture, language is very important because it is what differs us from the other cultures and makes us unique, and also languages are what makes us human because without language we were going to be unable to communicate and socialize.

To my knowledge. I have learned that getting used to listen and hear what language is used by parents or people around is what influences to be what you will adapt to. Even studies in linguistic have noticed that language differs from expression and emotions we do for example if you say something in Spanish when translating it to English the expression of the word being said completely changes. to my point of view, language is very important because as mentioned above if the gestures, expression, and emotions are not adequate then the message trying to deliver can be misunderstood. Language can change over time. what does this mean? this simply states that language gets standardize not saying language will turn to another language but by saying that a word that was used before may change and mean the same thing. So, to start with, What is gender in social construction? It is normally seen as how males and females interact and what message they portray in certain activities carried out such as emotions, gestures, and the way of their behavior. However, because of that most of the time, this litigation may be misunderstood by society, for many purposes this includes males. As an example, let say we have a female that is always smiley then by society it will be interpreted as if she is weak or in other words that she is an easy prey even if she is only being kindhearted, in the other hand, if she behaves or acts very serious it is seen as a sign of believing she has power. Overall, males have greater freedom than women have, because for them behaving such ways as females would want to is seen as something normal if a man smiles he is not easy he is just a happy person. 

Therefore, I believe that this perspective is misinterpreted, why because as a female I am a very kind person that is constantly laughing, happy, joyful, etc. Hence, I don't consider myself as easy prey nor do I consider myself a weak person, and as an observation made many females behave like that and they are better than men anyway, that is society. However, after all this gender in social construction, I learned that between men and females there does exist a big difference where the male personal space is way distinct from the female personal space because a female can not be smiling too much. After all, it shows weakness and a male can not be a touching person. After all, it will be interpreted as an abuse of personal space. And to end I would like to state that I agree with the phrase "women 'read ' men better than men 'read' women" because females tend to have that ability to know things by minimum acts and get things faster than men do. What is racism in sociology? In society, racism is the belief that race is a fundamental factor of human physical traits and capacities. However, the racial differences produced or inherited are what determine your superiority all depending on your particular race. This has led to social conflict where unfairness is the result. Humans are divided due to skin color and other biological traits. Also, many argue that racism has been scientifically justified believing that our race is an ascribed status where it depends on our birth and the genetic type as the holocaust stated that some genetics are better and more prevalidated than others.

However, my opinion goes against this society category, why? because we children and society were not born racist. As I will invite you to watch the link in this padlet it clearly shows that children are not a racist society and its categories are what make us be racist. Because I do not agree with Hitler's perspective of saying that some types of genetics are considered to be better than others. our physical appearance does not mark our lives. A child can be born with blue eyes and still have dark color in skin that is just nature not race. Overall, most of the time white people are the ones that can be very racist without taking into consideration that a person with dark skin can be better and more outstanding than him/her. to conclude society as a whole is the one that promotes the discrimination of races because we are not born being racist.

Globalization impacts many things including your teams in a workplace on how they communicate, support each other, and how they function. However, it also has an impact on the workplace and how our teams interact. Globalization is the way companies operate around the world. It's how each business connects with other companies and how they trade goods and services with other countries. Globalization drives change and today there is much more than most people feel comfortable with. Change is all around us, at home and in the workplace. The place where we do our work has changed, the way we work, meet, and collaborate. 

In my point of view, I consider that some of these changes are temporary, but many may be here to stay in a long term. Changes can create a vital amount of uncertainty and fear that may not be easy for team members to deal with, especially when it comes to their jobs so what we need to learn is to work together to not let global division separate us.
