This could disadvantage introverts or women (plenty of research/evidence to indicate men tend to lead in groups)

Pre-requisite of preparing work - big change from school and getting into way of working. More onus on them as the student

I might then use a diagram. I will draw on my own knowledge to determine na local answer.
