Ideas have been passed through team meetings and briefings.

The majority of teachers whose sessions were judged at grade 3 or 4 engaged with the support put into place with each teacher allocated a Learning and Teaching Coach. All seven members of staff were re-observed, with all staff being judged a grade 2
Too few students were successful in work placements, data bases are now improvement. Currently there is only a small amount of females recruited across the curriculum.

Sharing resources with members of the OTLA project and visiting other colleges. New block timetables were introduced , the sessions are now 3 hours and 15 minutes, allowing for a 15-minute break. Short 20 minute activities were introduced. All SOW – and assessment plans were put in place. They have attended college for a day and brought in tools / equipment and gave talks and demonstrations. I went back into industry and renovated a private house in Writtle, Chelmsford. 
I was able to work with specifications, drawings, clients, and other trades. 
Install boiling hot water tap, this knowledge then had impact on lecturers and students.
