Arrows in general mean two people are somewhat enough acquainted, regardless of direction

Add arrows by clicking the three dots next to your name and clicking on the connect post button and then click on someone you consider to be well enough acquainted with

You can delete arrows connected to you if you wish

You can't connect to people who already connected to you, but you can remove their connection

You can add labels to your connection!

You can move the names around
