I think that all the activities demand that everything has to be on place.
Planning - organize the event (date, time, place, budget, sponsors, logo for promotion, media, logistic) takes a lot of time. Everything has to be harmonized - (audience, stakeholders, STEM professionals).
Implementation - meetings with the team, follow progress and support of activities/ workshops, risk, permits, insurance, registration, volonteers, printed program, equipment). Safety must be on first place.
Post-event activities - feedback and evaluation.
Analyzing the feedback is very important for future events - critical thinking.

we must plan the effect very carefully. Because if planning is not good, recycling may not be what we want. Obviously all the points are important, but I think the following, for each phase, are more:
Planning
Highlight budgets and potential sponsors, because ideas and objectives can be as simple to find as anything else, but finding the money needed to put them into practice is not easy at all, especially in peripheral realities.
Implementation
Advertising and promotion, because "advertising is the soul of commerce" and if you organize such an event, in particular a STEM career fair, you need a lot, both to attract sponsors, then money, and to create networks between communities school education - local industries.
Post-event activities
Celebrate the success with the team, because organizing events of this kind, in particular STEM career fairs, is very tiring and involves many people who, in the end, have to meet and celebrate after the success, in this way the team that will always do better for future events.

For PLANNING I think it is very important to have good teams for every task and to have team leaders who can coordinate these teams effectively.
For IMPLEMENTATION I think the most important thing is to involve students in interesting and practical activities/workshops. For making this possible, I think that is very important to collaborate in an efficient way with the professionals invited to the event.
For the Post-Event ACTIVITIES I think that is very important to use online feedback forms and to make your event public, using all kind of media.

I think the main task in planning is to determine the goal and to identify the content that serves the goal. I think it is a research and development work that will be the basis of the next activity to discuss the incomplete and beneficial aspects with the execution of all the planning in the application phase and the post evaluation after the application in the last step. Stem activities will be much more useful and fluid if done in three steps in this way.

Since I am the manager, I think it is important to plan pre-implementation and rehearsing the plans. A good and detailed plan will increase the success.

Planning: classify involvement of stakeholders. We should plan for who is involved, who is learning what, who is providing the info, who’s paying? Implementation: I feel the actual work of the activities/stands/workshops themselves is most important or implementing the career event won’t be successful if these parts aren’t done well. Post event: collecting feedback from all the stakeholders will be a true measure of assessment for the event.

All tasks are essential in order each phase to be accomplised successfully, But if I need to choose one task, then I would say the following:
Planning
Budget and sponsors: If the event can't be accomplished without money, then this shows that planning this factor is the most important.
Implementation
Meet the STEM professionals: In order the event respond to the expectations of all, professionals need to gain deeper information related to aims of this event, target audience and whichever info is important for their properly preparation.
Post-event activities
Analyze feedback: This step is crucial becase it shows the pros and cons of the event, if it was helpful or not for the audience, what improvements need to be taken into consideration.

Every step is important for sure but if you want me to take just one, I would prefer planning. In Turkish we have a saying "Starting is the half of finishing". A well planned organisation is a good strategy for dealing with any problems might occur. If you do not plan your activity very well, the events take place would not be beneficial as it is expected. And also, some unexpected failures might occur. Nice planning can save the day!

All the three aspects : Planning , Implementation & post event activities are equally important for organizing the career events. Planning :- Planning of the event is important as we get the rough idea of the requirement for the event. Aims n objectives of the events shows the right direction to proceed .The whole event depends on the strong planning. Implementation :- The actual application of the planning is Implementation which is the most important aspect. It should be according to the planning to avoid disturbance and to function the event smoothly. Post event activities :- As we get the feedback of the event, there is always scope to improve in the next event . Planning
The activity prepared in this section needs to be appropriate to the age group of the students and the curriculum. Because the curriculum that we need to apply every year in my country is determined.
Implementation
For the purposes of our work in this section, it is necessary to apply the appropriate plan including all the determined achievements. students should be able to use their creativity freely involved in their work.
Post-event activities
This step is crucial in terms of showing the pros and cons of the event, and if it is useful for the viewer or not, what needs to be taken into account should be analyzed and evaluated.

Planning: select carefuly the professionals from outside the school that will be involved in career fair. They shoul be able to communicate with young people!
Implementation: colect data to evaluate the activity - from students, teachers and professionals from outside the school. You will need these data to know what you should do next time!
Post-event activities: analise data, report to all what data told you. This way everybody will know what they need to do next time to do better!

We can have different tasks to train students for future job market. Planning for a STEM based career job is done by arranging a seminar and workshops and implement it by organizing workshops, hands on activities etc. which can be accomplished by for example Summer camp, and visit to different industries ranging from S - T - E - M.
And post event is to make a permanent channel for students with industries in the form of industry oriented internship, visits, workshop and different channel interaction.
