They need to know that every stage of taking care of the waste, including the disposal, is significant to cleaning the environment. E- waste being imported to developing economies is an issue because it causes more pollution and less health to the people of those countries. The INTERPOL,  EUROPOL, and IMPEL may help eradicate that issue by creating policies that inform people about the waste issues and remove the harmful aspects of the waste. The UN already works with many people tackling the problem, but they could focus of the quality of the waste rather than just the disposal and they could plan and research more.
