So, there aren't a lotof my colleagues who have experience working with English learners in risk,especially those who teach the English language with those kids. And there isn’tnow the option to communicate with teachers like having face to faceconversation or watching how they work with them, due to Covid-19 situation. But I have known a lotof those teachers-phycologists and parents who have been working with them. Andat first, I want to say that the person, it doesn’t matter who, must be verykind, not be afraid of working with them and be encourage to help these kids tobe on my stage with this world, to comprehend what is happening. I still remember, whenI was a little girl, I used to go to spend my summer holidays with my grandma,and whole summer she was living on summer-house, there were a lot of otherpension-ladies to whom their grandchildren usually came, and there was onefamily the youngest girl was unique, she was happy that her siblings took herwith them, she was sitting in the truck, she looked very strange, and we couldn’tunderstand why she was sitting there and didn’t want to play with us, butanyway we weren’t afraid of her, just taking her everywhere and playing andtrying to explain what we did. However returning our attention tothose social workers or parents who work with these kids, I want to say thatthe problems they face depend on the type of impairment and the severity oftheir disability, because in this area where I live now we can meet with thekids like Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy or epilepsy or autism and adults shouldassist them to manage their day to day activities to work with their problemsand to be much more patient and know what they do. These adults must have very good skills of communication inorder not to affect or make a harm on their lifestyle. Parents also face with aproblem to explain to doctors what disability their kids have, to explain toother people, this world is so cruel sometimes, what happened with their kidsand how to help them. Choosing the correct program is so essential, there isone of the famous Russian actress her name is Evelina Bledans, she has a son withDown Syndrome, she calls this disability like unique or my son is like asunshine, it is so incredible. Since hisbirth she has been showing how it is very important to work and take care ofthis kids, and now her sunshine is already 6, he looks like an ordinary boymostly, and other kids can play with him, he is not afraid, and they are alsoaren’t afraid. So, I think that it depends how much time you want to spendworking with them and how much you love these kids.But also, I want to say that in my region no one was workingwith these unique kids, and parents ask me to open a school or any courses cuzthey have understood that I know English and honestly my government is thinkingabout only give them money to live, but nothing about special centers wherethese kids can be taught how to learn English in what way and how to start. Very incredible situation happened with me, when I was inone of normal simple center without English but where phycologist and teacherswork, my volunteers and me were shocked when the girl whose name isAnasstassiya started pronouncing so correctly words in English, withoutunderstanding and playing with herself. She was running around the room andscreaming with perfect pronunciation various phrases and words. Interview Summary: 
Mrs. Mary Kariuki is a high school Special Needs teacher of History and religion. She teaches in middle high school. In her class, she has one learner who suffers from Dyslexia and has difficulties reading and comprehending written content of any topic, hence he tends to shy away from participating in any class activities that require one to read aloud or answer oral questions from topics read from books. She also added that this learner always stays behind after classes are over to do his assignments. His reason being that he cannot be able to do the work at home because they do not have lighting and he also has to take care of his younger sister before his parents come back from work. Mrs. Mary has noticed that this learner is an active listener and attentive to content displayed in form of visual aids like drawings, power-point presentations or videos. He has also displayed keen interest in historical accounts of movements by different ethnic groups from history, as shown in a map. She also mentioned that the learner’s Geography teacher gives him the tasks of drawing maps and other climatic figures for class use. 
 
 
Interview Reflection: 
 
Both Mrs. Mary and I agreed to set up a meeting with the learner’s parents and find out how we could help in any way that would allow him to do his school work comfortably at home. I  proposed to start a reading program that would  involve videos and pictures and also words to help him develop his reading capacity.
The Geography teacher also proposed to have the learner work on class projects that would involve the learner creating learning resources from easy available materials like cardboard and manila paper and tins that he would use to make instruments like rain gauges and wind-vanes. These project would have the learner engage in intra-school science competitions to encourage and inspire him in his academic life.
