9. He washes it into a drinking fountain and then, to dry it, he put it into his sock and then spin it.

In the video we can see Mr Bean while he's brushing his teeth with an electrical toothbrush. He looks at his reflection to see if his teeth are clean and then he washes his mouth shooting water in it with a water gun. Then he also cleans his ears with the same toothbrush. And at the end he brushes his eye-braws.
After that he goes to bed, under the blanket, with his teddy bear and he starts reading it a book of asterix. He finds it funny but the teddy bear doesn't because he can't see very well, so Mr. Bean put him on glasses.
