         <description><![CDATA[<p>The customer personas we have may not be completely accurate as they are based of how we envision out customers, and who we AIM to target rather than what our typical customer actually looks like.  </p><p><br/></p><p>This may therefore hinder the accuracy and limit our ability to correctly target content. The customers themselves may find that content doesn't particularly relate to them or their needs.</p><p><br/></p><p>In order to combat this, we should initiate more discussions with customers whether through focus groups, questionnaires, or surveys through email etc (primary research).</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Relevant - All content is relevant to our products and therefore our audience - whether it is how to install, how to measure, reels on construction of products.</p><p>Engaging - I do think that our social posts often lack an engaging element - timber isn't particularly exciting so we need to tie it in with trends initially to boost engagement.</p><p>Clarity - Our content needs to steer away from industry jargon where possible, as the average person doesn't know all the technical words for our products. Our blog content is simplified and draws the reader more to style.</p><p>Consistency -We are consistent across platforms and everything is linear with brand identity.</p>]]></description>
