With the advent of technology, it is undeniable how it reshaped the education system. Digitization of instructional materials has long been in protest to improve the teaching and learning process. Even before the pandemic started, online learning and blended learning were established and implemented in a few areas, but it is only now that they have taken the center stage of the education system due to unprecedented circumstances.

A study conducted by McKinsey predicted that one-third of all work activities will be replaced in the next 10 years with automation. With obsolete learning styles and teaching strategies, the education system needs to step up its game in order to keep up with the unwavering refresh of technology. And one way to solve that is through the digitization of instructional materials. However, digitization may not be possible in some remote areas, particularly given that the community is still in the early stages of an indefinite post-pandemic situation. Digitization of instructional materials may be the new trend in a post-pandemic education system, but there’s no guarantee that this reform will be as effective. Factors such as internet connectivity, availability of digitalized resources, and the geographical location of schools and hub centers need to be considered and assessed. As David Middelbeck debunks the one-size-fits-all education system with personalization through the learning accelerator model, it may be stable and true in developed countries like the US, Canada, or United Kingdom, but in the Philippines, it might not be true for all due to huge discrepancies in immediate factors like geographical location among schools, the internet-specified areas, and electric-powered communities. All things considered, the relationship between the digitization of instructional materials and the post-pandemic system of education is both debatable and relative.

Many countries experienced post-pandemic education as a result of COVID-19 outbreaks. Their educational institutions, including schools and universities, have been shut down. The closing of these institutions has resulted in a paradigm shift in the educational process, resulting in the virtualization of face-to-face classrooms. Many institutions have been challenged to decide which technology to use to deliver instructional materials to their students as a result of this transition. The major goal is to analyze the leading technologies used for distributing learning materials with a specific focus on the most infected nations in order to assist those institutions striving to digitize their learning throughout this pandemic. In the selected countries, a wide range of technologies were used to deliver online learning as an alternative to traditional learning.

Digitization instructional materials can help institutions transition to online learning by allowing them to choose the right technology for their infrastructure. While numerous technologies have been offered, several problems may still persist as colleges migrate to online learning. To begin with, many professors and students are unfamiliar with such technologies. Second, many staff members and students, particularly those who live in rural locations, lack internet connection. Third, quality gaps between traditional classrooms and online learning may be a significant barrier to making the switch to online classes.

Coronavirus has brought about schools closed all over the world. Universally, over 1.2 billion youngsters are out of the homeroom.Subsequently, training has changed decisively, with the unmistakable ascent of e-learning, by which instructing is attempted from a distance and on computerized stages.Research proposes that internet learning has been displayed to build maintenance of data, and take less time, meaning the progressions Covid have caused may be staying put. While nations are at various places in their Coronavirus disease rates, overall there are as of now more than 1.2 billion youngsters in 186 nations impacted by school terminations because of the pandemic. In Denmark, kids up to the age of 11 are getting back to nurseries and schools after at first shutting on 12 Walk, however in South Korea understudies are answering roll calls from their educators on the web. With this unexpected shift away from the homeroom in many pieces of the globe, some are contemplating whether the reception of web based learning will keep on persevering post-pandemic, and what such a shift would mean for the overall training market.

Digitalization of IMs in relation to post pandemic is somehow close to nothing, but, a turning event in the field of education. It's close to nothing because of the huge gap of knowledge and skills of the students about digital IMs, in short, we're not prepared, for this sudden shift of instructional materials. The gap of this so called digital age and the students are extremely far because of the lack of knowledge about digitalization. But the problem here is not us, but rather OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM which mainly focuses on the traditional method that hinders the opportunity of digital IMs to get in, but, thanks to this pandemic it allows the border between digital age and traditional method to merge which create a new opportunity to open and change the traditional system that we have to a new and timely one and that's the Digitalization of not just IMs but, everything that need to be digitalized to improve, produce and meet the mission of producing a globally competitive and socially responsible human capital.

And with the help of instructional material in conducting the learning process of the student to be more successful, despite of the post pandemic.

Instructional materials are essential tools in learning every subject in the school curriculum. They allow the students to interact with words, symbols and ideas in ways that develop their abilities in reading, listening, solving, viewing, thinking, speaking, writing, using media and technology. Digital learning can enhance learning experiences, save teachers time, enable teachers to better tailor learning to student needs, aid in tracking student progress, provide transparency into the learning process for all stakeholders, and much more. The importance of Instructional Materials or Educational resources is to improve students' knowledge, abilities, and skills, to monitor their assimilation of information, and to contribute to their overall development and upbringing.

My take is the this relationship between IM's and post pandemic education system, show that how both learner's and stakeholders made a new way of learning, blended/flexible learning is already adapted even before pandemic, but this become widely use during this time. David Middlebeck states that they made 3 fundamental principles of learning acceleration in Tech Labs, the blended learning, personalized learning and community, we are doing all this 3 nowadays, we have already synchronous and asynchronous classes, professor give us time to read and study the material before it discuss, we have groupings for Collaborative idea in our projects. We are doing all this, and our institution, teacher's and stakeholders doing their best for us to adapt this pandemic. They give so much effort buying some necessary things like laptop just this happen. And we must not blame the education, the teacher is just doing job and extra effort this pandemic. It's not easy also for their part And government also give so much fund in education sector. I think the must to blame is us learner's, we give so much dependency to our teacher and education system, without thinking we have already free seminars, efficient teacher's and passionate stakeholders. Like what David Meddlebeck said " This new type of technology isn't just about teaching just a few more technical skills but it's about people to take change of their lives"
Don't be so dependent to technology and to our beloved teachers, know how to educate yourself also.

Due to the complex nature of pandemic has impacted many of these learning opportunities. Much of the curriculum has been adapted to an online format, the long-term consequence of which is yet to be recognized. The changed format is likely to impact learning pedagogy effecting both students and teachers. This requires a systematic approach to evaluation of online teaching and learning adaptation, in comparison to the previous format, where in person education may have been the focus.

Every topic in the school curriculum requires the use of Instructional Materials (IMs). They allow students to interact in ways that improve their learning skills with technology skills. Instructional Materials are important for improving students' knowledge .Digital technology in education enables us to find new answers not only to what people learn but also to how they learn, where and when they learn.

Digital education is all about using digital technologies and tools in an innovative manner to teach and learn. The pandemic forced educators to rapidly adopt to remote learning, resulting in a a scramble for teachers to ensure that students had remote access to instructional materials. Understanding how digital materials were used leading up to school closures can shed light on the extent to which teachers were prepared to pivot to full virtual learning and might help identify areas in which addtional suports could be helpful in using digital materials for both virtual and in-person instruction. Teaching young children today is an increasingly challenging task. In the face of these challenges, the introduction of information and communications technologies (ICT) into schools has come to be seen as a unique opportunity. ICT offers simulations and multimedia rich learning environment that improve student learning and increase the efficiency of the education system. We're not prepared for this sudden shift in instructional materials because of the signficant gap in knowledge and skills among students about digital IMs, due to a lack of awareness regarding digitization, the gap between this is called digital age and students is quite wide.

Technology has been crucial to the life of people even before the pandemic occurs. It serves many purposes, especially during the pandemic. Technology allows us to learn things related to school, or related to something that gives interest to us, and it was during these past years we are widely dependent on technology for our education. The absence of face-to-face classes due to the Pandemic forced us to convert to a new system of education, where the learning and teaching are transmitted through online platforms. The fact that this new approach is somehow new for most of us, and I can say that it requires a wide variation of time to fully adapt to the new system. But given the situation we are in, we have no option but to take the bet, and for me, this was preeminent mitigation to continue the education despite the pandemic we are experiencing these past years.

Given the situation, the new system of education allows us to shift from the traditional curriculum to experience the digital age of education. At first, this sudden shift resulted in difficulties for most of the students, as well as the teachers to adopt the new system, as most of us are still isolated to the traditional method of education, and it is this time that we are fully introduced to the type of education where the teaching and learning are delivered through the innovative use of digital tools and technologies. But despite the challenges we encountered, the circumstances allow us to discover and learn things that are beyond the traditional method of teaching. As it introduces our teachers to create digital instructional materials that make students more engaged and helps them retain information effectively. Furthermore, it gives the ideas for teachers to create or design digital instructional material that accommodates multiple learning styles, and lastly, it helps the teacher to easily disseminate the lesson by the use of technology to create digital IMs for the students to learn easily and efficiently despite the situation we are in. Moreover, the use of digital IMs has been crucial to the learning and progress of the students. It allows students to be familiar with the technology, enabling learners to develop effective self-directed learning skills, etc. To conclude, digital IMs create significant change for students to enhance their knowledge, thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and make the students become technologically inclined, which I believe is critical in the current situation.

The digitization of instructional materials (IMs) has long been used in some areas of education, in which it becomes more convenient for the learners as well as the instructors. When a pandemic strikes, education is unquestionably flipped upside down. Many people struggle to cope with the abrupt changes in the educational system. Many online learning platforms have been employed simultaneously by professors and students in response to high demand. Change is required in order to achieve higher educational standards. Education and learning used to be difficult, but in today's society, learning is free. Anyone can learn anywhere, from books to digital books to online platforms like YouTube and Google, where learnings and information are shared. The pandemic is an awareness that we cannot rely on non-digitized instructional resources for our education; if we fall behind in technology, we will be unable to progress and our learning will be limited. The good thing in this digitization of instructional materials as what has been discussed in the video is that you can choose what time or day you'll study because the computer doesn't get tired to explain and you can always go back to it. The digitization of instructional materials is a good start toward enhancing the educational system; it may have common needs, such as internet access and resource availability, but it is not difficult to get excellent public reaction if it is prioritized. Learning is a continuous process that should not be restricted.

During the pandemic almost everything change even in the field of education. It turned the education and technology upside down. Even if our education is slowly adapting technology it really shocks us teachers and learners because we are forced to adapt to the technology as a whole. Without much knowledge about technology we need to use it as a means of our education to continue.

Digitalization of instructional materials is actually a great help to teachers to assess students learning during online learning. During our study in Assessment of Technology based Instructional Materials in the New Normal Classroom we realized that technology is a really great help. Teachers can used digitize mode of assessments in quizzes, exams and even assignments. They said that even if they are in distance learning they can still provide learning and making it more engaging and interactive. Despite of these good effects of technology we must not forget that there cons that needs to be consider. Not all of us can easily adapt with these new trends in learning some are having a hard time to adapt and still striving. Let us understand them that they are working hard to learn in their own pace about technology.

After all we see that education and technology can be a great partner to cater the life-long process of teaching and learning. Let’s just give more time so all of us can adapt in our own pace and remind ourselves that what’s more important is that we all LEARN.

Since we live in the 21st century, technology has influenced everything, especially education. Before the pandemic, most schools already used technology to create digitalized instructional materials, especially private schools. Technology plays a massive role in improving the teaching and learning process. Due to the pandemic, most schools established online and blended learning due to its enormous impact on educational activity.
The three fundamental principles of learning acceleration by TechLabs are blended learning, personalized learning, and community learning, similar to what we are experiencing right now. Collaborative learning is easily possible thanks to digitized instructional materials. Technology advancements have made information sharing more effortless than ever before. Today's educators have access to digital tools that allow students to collaborate outside of the classroom, discussing ideas or completing assignments without being bound by traditional classroom hours or geography. Compared to more conventional techniques, instructional technology gives superior possibilities for obtaining or presenting feedback. Teachers can assess where their students are in a lesson using various digital technologies. Digitalization in the classroom can have significant advantages, but only if educators effectively understand how to use these new possibilities.

Digitizing educational resources, in my opinion, helped post-pandemic education. It is extremely beneficial, but our technology is insufficient. Despite the post-pandemic educational system, technology has been shown to be a valuable tool in making students' learning more successful and productive. Students and teachers have benefited much from digitization, particularly in terms of increasing teaching and learning. It's a great method for a teacher to use to implement any learning approach. This teaches learners that they may review and study any lesson whenever they choose. It also improves digital education, making the classroom, although virtual, more actively engaged. The relevance of technology in education is more clear than ever before, as Filipino students require access to education even in times of crisis.

The relationship between education and technology in the post-pandemic era have affected our society especially in education. In order to keep education running, the CHED and DepEd or the educational institutions have had to quickly adapt to the situation. They decided to push online learning specially in college and senior high. The Philippines is one of the five countries in the world that have not started in-person classes since the pandemic began, affecting the right to learn of more than 27 million Filipino students. While new variants are causing a rise of infections, UNICEF is advocating for a phased reopening of schools, beginning in low-risk areas. This can be done on a voluntary basis with proper safety protocols in place. Many, including commercial digital learning platform providers, have rushed to provide their support and solutions, sometimes for free. The Covid-19 pandemic has therefore also created a sellers’ market in ed-tech. This employs a critical lens to reflect on the possible problems arising from hasty adoption of commercial digital learning solutions whose design might not always be driven by best pedagogical practices but their business model that leverages user data for profit-making. Moreover, already before Covid-19, there has been increasing critique of how ed-tech is redefining and reducing concepts of teaching and learning.

Here's my take between between the relationship of digitization of instructional materials (IMs) and post pandemic education. Technology has played an important role ever since before. It has a great help in every aspect on the human beings from day to day living specially in the field of education. In 15th century, technology and education has a great race where technology is ahead from education but I believe that this two should be accepted as we accept the changes in the education system since the pandemic. Way back in 2019, there is a sudden shift from traditional way of teaching and learning to a new normal way of learning and teaching. Both students and teachers adapt from the changes brought to us by the pandemic. .However, digitization of instructional materials has been proposed even before. Synchronous and asynchronous classes were adapted by other countries .Post pandemic education shows that both teachers and students adapt from any dynamics brought to us by any circumstances. We cannot simply reject the digitization of the education system because the trend is not going down but it gets higher and higher as years passed by. Research study stated that 10years from now, one-third of the work activities will replaced by automation. It is just a proof that education must adapt to the new way of teaching and learning. Post pandemic education mold students to learn in their own pace anytime and anywhere. However, digitization of IMs in the education system must find a way to consider and help those teachers and students from remote areas and it must be easy to access also be available specially in their area. Digitization of IMs won't be that easy specially that not all students and teachers are tech savy.

As David Middelbeck said that "this type of technology isn't just a few more technical skills but it's about people to take change of their lives" and simply means that we must not be too dependent on technology and we must always train and teach students to think outside the box and taught them to be dynamic as each year passed by is making a little changes that makes their lives change.

My take in this relationship between IM's and post-pandemic education system. education has changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of e-learning, whereby teaching is undertaken remotely and on digital platforms. Yes, Instructional materials are the essential tools in learning every subject in the school curriculum. They allow the students to interact with words, symbols and ideas in ways that develop their abilities in reading, listening, solving, viewing, thinking, speaking, writing, using media and technology. But since everything now is digitalized, online learning has been shown to increase retention of information, and take less time, and it is more blended ad flexible. But even before the pandemic flexible learning was already adapted, its just we are more advance now and still we can interact, understand and learn in different ways.

During the post-pandemic era the system of education has been digitalized or eaten by the technology and that includes the developing of Instructional Materials (IMs). Technology has become a great help in conducting the learning process of the students to be more successful and effective despite of the post-pandemic situation. Education and technology has been in a race since the invention of printing. The COVID-19 pandemic forced educators to rapidly adapt to remote learning during spring 2020, resulting in a scramble for teachers to ensure that students had remote access to instructional materials. Understanding how digital materials were used leading up to school closures can shed light on the extent to which teachers were prepared to pivot to full virtual learning and might help identify areas in which additional supports could be helpful in using digital materials for both virtual and in-person instruction. Before the pandemic, the majority of teachers reported that their main instructional materials provided access to digital instructional materials for all students. We found that most teachers spent less instructional time using digital materials than they did using comprehensive curricula. Teachers reported that the digital materials they used most commonly did not fully connect to the content, concepts, and learning activities of their main curricula. Teachers whose main prepandemic materials provided digital instructional materials were more likely to grade student work when they were teaching remotely and were less likely than teachers whose main prepandemic materials did not provide digital instructional materials to engage in frequent asynchronous communication with students during remote learning. The fact that this new approach is somehow new for most of us, and I can say that it requires a wide variation of time to fully adapt to the new system. Today, education is lagging behind. We need to change the fundamentals of learning to adapt to the digital age. Despite the challenges we encountered, the circumstances allow us to discover and learn things that are beyond the traditional method of teaching. As it introduces our teachers to create digital instructional materials that make students more engaged and helps them retain information effectively. It is our obligation to teach students and transform them with their true potentials, all we have to do in implementing the use of this tools is to facilitate if it is really helpful or appropriate to used in a certain topic. We must become a digital literate teachers for us to be connected with our own students. We mush be on trend, not only to be part of the group but at the same time to assure that we can impart knowledge to the students in a meaningful way. Of course we cannot just look forward and forget our non-digital tools in learning for it is still beneficial as a part of strategies in learning, some innovation to improve those things are needed sometimes. For us to teach better weather by the use of digital and non digital tools.

Technology keeps on progressing and gives a lot of benefits especially to the instructors and students when pandemic happened. Because of that, there's a rapid transition to distance learning. The learning system changed which made technology as a part of it and a way for teachers to deliver their lessons and for students to sustain and gain knowledge. At first, teachers and students find it difficult as they were unprepared since some schools lacked structured online programs, sufficient technology and infrastructure, and proper course development processes and support systems. There are also some students and teacher who live in rural areas where there is lack of signal and connection. But as time goes by, online learning started to feel normal. By the help of technology, the digitization of instructional materials help students to access on the lessons without difficulty and can learn on their own pace. Still, I believe that face-to-face classes is more convenient as there is proper interaction and proper way to build connection with your teachers and classmates.

Currently, educational integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has been put to the test because of the need to implement emergency remote education as a result of COVID-19. Within this context of uncertainty flexible education is an option to promote a more just, equitable, accessible, and creative educational system. In order to properly interpret the effects of this unique educational circumstance, it is essential to study the previous situation in terms of the use of digital technologies in teaching practices. The objective of the study is to describe the educational integration of ICT and the teacher education model to obtain evidence that contributes to understanding the phenomenon. Although the transition to online teaching was unexpected and rapid due to COVID-19, it took place amid a wider ICT transformation process in educational systems (Selwyn 2012; McFarlane 2019). Digitalization in schools has recently attained prominence. In the next ten years, automation is expected to replace one-third of all work functions, according to a McKinsey report. The education system needs to step up its game in order to stay up with the unceasing update of technology due to outdated learning styles and teaching methods. And one approach to addressing that is through digitizing teaching resources.

Furthermore, ICT provides simulations and a multimedia-rich learning environment that enhances student learning and boosts the effectiveness of the educational system. Due to the significant knowledge and skill gap between students and digital IMs-caused by a lack of awareness of digitization—we are not ready for this sudden transition in teaching materials. The gap between students and what is known as the "digital era" is quite large. Truly, Despite the post-pandemic environment, technology has greatly aided in conducting the educational process of the students to be more successful and effective.
