When Susie Hanover was 4 years old she suffered from a Grand Mal Seizure.
~She became weak on the left side of her body which means the seizure happened on the right side of her brain.
*When the right side of the brain is damaged it affects a person’s ability to understand jokes, irony, sarcasm, implicatioms, and nuances of language; it also controls how to express emotions and how to detect other people’s emotions.

Every time Susie misbehaved her mother would discipline her, that resulted in her beginning to hit her sisters due to aggression. According to studies performed by Gunnoe and Mariener, as well as another one by Greshoff, they said “Proponents of anti-spanking argue that spanking teaches children to become aggressive (Gunnoe & Mariner, 1997) and there is a large body of research to support their claim. We suggest Susie should keep going to therapy and try to interact with her fellow peers and relatives. She should talk about her emotions so she can learn how to express her anger in a healthy way. Susie will be fine and live a normal life as long as she keeps receiving help from professionals because this is not a severe problem where to she will be greatly damaged. Interventions will help her learn to control herself. We also suggest her mother to get parenting classes so she can learn how to speak to Susie.
