One of the biggest social problems in Uganda is that the population pyramid is very small at the top. Most of the population is at the bottom of the pyramid, meaning there's very little elderly in the population. This means people aren't living long. The life expectancy is low and the infant mortality rate and CDR are high. This is bad because it shows the country is not developed in medicine/ technology. This can be fixed by having quality education. Having quality education means that people will be more educated, meaning better, more advanced ideas. Medicine and technology will develop and help those in need. People will live longer and healthier.

One economic problems that Uganda has is having a very limited use of resources. This is bad because a population should have a stable amount of resources to build homes, buildings, and food/clothing. Without resources, we cannot survive. With the CBR increasing, they won't have enough resources to keep them alive. We can put into action the goal of decent work and economic growth to help this. Having decent work conditions and enough jobs will help the economy for those who don't have a job and cannot give back to the economy. Economic growth will help the economy grow stablized, with enough resources for everyone or mostly everyone to have.

One demographic problem is that the CBR is too high and the CDR is too low. Student-Teacher Ratio is also high. The literacy rate is also low. Women also don't get education in Uganda. This means the education is not taken seriously there. We can fix this by getting a quality education. A quality education will help develop medicine and technology. This will help the CDR decrease and the Student Teacher Ratio decrease. The CBR will also be handled differently with a stable government.
