         <description><![CDATA[<p>Kristian Traylor's career, spanning nearly 30 years, has been marked by achievements from startup ventures to Fortune 500 corporations, specifically in technology-driven marekt environments.</p><p>As an entrepreneur, Kristian Traylor co-founded and led three startups including Game of Golf Institute (GOGI), a SaaS platform catering to a global network of recreational golfers, Golf Genie, which developed best-selling golf instructional products and OfficeArrow, an online community dedicated to SMBs and office professionals.</p><p>In the corporate arena, Mr. Traylor held key positions at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Technologies, with various notable achievements. As the Chief Revenue Officer of JLL Marketplace, he grew commercial revenue by 80% in under two years. He also reduced operating expenses 25% and increased revenue over 20% annually as President of JLL Marketplace and COO of JLL Technologies. Later, as President of the Property Technology group including four technology product and service lines, Kristian Traylor grew revenue to $40M while driving record record profitability.</p><p>Prior to JLL Technologies and his startup ventures, Mr. Traylor also served as the Global Practice Director for Microsoft Solutions at Unisys Corporation where he grew the business to $100M revenue. As Director of Gllobal Commercial Operations at SAP Ariba, he helped achieve year-over-year commercial sales revenue growth of 12%. Moreover, he authored Cerner Corporation's 2004 strategic plan which served as the basis of 20% year over year growth.</p>]]></description>
