         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lies between the Arctic Circle and the North Pole/Lies between the Antarctic Circle and the South Pole. The average temperature is below 0 degrees celsius with some places not being able to see the sun for months as sun rays are less intense. Temperature in some places can drop to minus 30 degrees celsius. There is less rain and snowfall and the annual rainfall is less than 300mm. This is because the air there lacks water vapour which is critical for the formation of clouds and rain or snow. There are only two seasons, Summer and Winter.</div>]]></description>
