The Champions usually have some personal experience of neurodivergence e.g. they might have a diagnosis or they might identify as having a brain that works differently.

At the moment, the Champions are helping Starling and Ali Wilson (www.everybrain.co.uk) build a toolkit to share the lived experience of neurodivergent young people. 

How we approached this was by working with our champions and young people to create characters with lived experience of neurodivergence (you can see some examples in the 'toolkit' tab).

As a champion you can also take part in training (take a look under the 'training' tab) and attend neurodiversity friendly social events (keep an eye on the social events calendar).
