1. WELCOME: Welcome your participants, allow them to introduce themselves quickly and tell them what a SOLE is.
2. ASK: Introduce the SOLE's Big Question and share some background or a short story around it.
3. LET GO: Let them form groups (or create Breakout rooms) of 3 to 5 people and give them time to solve the Big Question. 25 to 40 minutes should do. 
4. HARVEST: Listen or read all the answers. Discover new questions that emerge. Congratulate them and invite them to review and approve the conclusions/summary that Ambassador and Granny will write up in Loomio.
