To do list: have a list of tasks SSO's can perform when they are not needed in class (eg: when teachers are introducing a new topic etc....) to avoid SSO time being "wasted".

Give the SSOs a plan in advance of the learning you would like students to do so that if you are teaching they can get on with a task without having to wait
