My name is Hollis Gatewood. Most people call me Holly. I have been an artist my whole life. I was under 5 years old when I discovered I didn't like coloring books, and I preferred the blank pages inside the cover. That was around the same time my grandmother gave me pins and paper to play with so she could teach me to quilt and sew.

I completed my Associate's of Arts from COD in 2016. I've been working in the floral industry for 11 years, and I've worked my way up to being part of the top talent at my company. I try every medium of art and design I can. Painting, drawing, sewing, sculpture, graphic design, and cosplay have been my favorites. I'm excited to study more of art and graphic design at Elmhurst University. My long term plan is to earn an MFA.

I'm passionate about all things art and design, dogs, mental health, music, and spending time with the people I love.
