         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1.Time management- You are going to be given a list of tasks that have to be completed before your deadline meaning that you will have to learn how to manage your time correctly to get those said tasks done<br>2.Analytical thinking- Being able to visualize what your end result will be or what numbers you will need in your code are crucial skills that any software engineer should be able to complete<br>3.Background in programming- As a software engineer you need to know the software you are working with. Every year it seems a new coding language is coming out and they only add on top of the prior knowledge of the last one.</strong></div>]]></description>
