He received his doctor of osteopathic medicine from the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California, having previously received a bachelor of science in biology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Aarohi Ambardekar went on to complete his preliminary internal medicine internship at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore. Dr. Aarohi Ambardekar then relocated to New York City, where he began an advanced clinical track residency in anesthesia at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center. After finishing his three-year residency, he accepted his current positions as a partner at Southern Maryland Anesthesia Associates and an anesthesiologist at Doctor's Community Hospital. Since joining the hospital team, Dr. Aarohi Ambardekar has taken on a number of leadership roles. He currently serves as compliance officer, anesthesia electronic medical record (EMR) representative, and operating room (OR) efficiency committee representative.
