Be more open to advice, suggestions and thoughts from other teachers. Look for extra opportunities on my own, don't depend on the school to provide them.

Continue to enroll in PD related to UDL to create a more inclusive classroom, & make it a plan to visit other teacher's classroom more frequently.

Have more fun in the classroom, add more learning games and utilize technology more effectively

I really liked what you said about this inclination to repeat what you learned for your students (so in your case using specific music, but in my case recreate the experience of my high school history class), but you're absolutely right we need to be open to creating an in between. So my first step is to be more mindful of this and to intentionally take from my own positive experiences and intentionally adapt.
