This notion is founded on one's personal experiences in making sense of anything. Individuals are encouraged to act in accordance with their own ideals and feelings rather than adopting the opinions and ideas of others. This idea proposes that people's viewpoints and opinions become more open and inclusive as a result of this hypothesis. There are three parts to this theory:
1- Critical Reflection: considering their own experiences critically.
2- Rational Disclosure: openly discussing one's beliefs with others.
3- Experience is the Most Important Thing: Evaluating their Life Experiences.

The connection between all of these concepts is that the major goal is virtually always to bring the associated topics into the classroom as much as possible in order to improve people's views regarding diversity.

Similarities
In terms of the ideas they represent, they are all very similar. Their mission is to make the world a better, more livable place by promoting social justice and individual equality via education.

Differences
The term "critical multicultural education" has a broader definition. There is, nevertheless, a clear distinction between critical pedagogy and transformative learning. This distinction might be defined as follows: if the children change, the society transforms, according to transformative learning. The key point, according to critical pedagogy, is to influence society directly.
