Finish locating United Print machines & relay meter readings to Toshiba; Julie @ (949) 267-4219.
Compile & distribute brief tutorials on essential Jiji & Ticket to Read procedures to teachers & have all students write down passwords to store them on computer database so as to save time of re-adding students & password retraining.
Talk to Christina about ordering lab supplies.
Simplify & enforce student lab etiquette.
Add assets to online Toshiba admin account & implement automatic United Print meter readings and toner replenishment program. Ask Christina if additional machines could be added (HP 3052?) and how many.
Locate needed MacBook standard power adapter plugs.
Replace unstable, boxy, white MacBook power adapter plugs with standard plugs to correct issue of students accidentally kicking plugs off power strips.
Affix velcro strips to bottoms of power strips and MacBooks so as to better prevent unnecessary movement and interruption to power supply.
Replace HD on 3 iMacs & 1 HP laptop.
Look into obtaining new laptop batteries since most are useless and defeat the purpose of laptop portability.
Rearrange items in lab so as to optimize & enhance experience for all with emphasis on learning for students & productivity for teachers; all teachers wirelessly connected to Toshiba machines so copies could be made from classrooms, including lab. Arrange tables to reduce student socializing & promote concentration. Mount one pencil holder and scratch paper dispenser per laptop pair. Apply cable ties to clear cable spaghetti mess, put projector into regular use, & establish ethernet connectivity to at least 20/52 MacBooks to relieve strain on wifi.
