Evidence two- Enrolling, i talked to the teachers and made me more confident and welcoming to the college and we talked about what the course consists and how it can make me a better employee to the service i want to join, having a good communication with the teachers and telling them what you want to do makes them aim at you more because they know what you want to do, i could've asked questions of what they do on this course, because at first it was mainly about police so we asked if we could do about other services. 

Evidence three- Interview, i had a job interview at Dodworth pizza and grill, they asked me if i had any experience but i didn't so im learned and i ended up in the kitchen doing mainly everything from tills to the grill and sorting out orders, one thing that impacted me on this job was medically, but now i recovered i will be looking to apply for new jobs. the job interview was pretty easy i got in and worked the next day and in a few week time i was working full time 6 days a week.]]> 2021-11-22 12:09:27 UTC https://padlet.com/23305911/Bookmarks/wish/1905924815 23305911 https://padlet.com/23305911/Bookmarks/wish/2046043787 Evidence one- We did a table top scenario and we had a leader telling other people what to do and gather information on what happened, the scenario was that the Shard in London broke out and a fire started and we had to figure out what public services we had to use and defuse the situation. I believe that we did the table to scenario went well and we defused the situation and took command and the ideas to accomplish the task. The way we could've made it better is that people in my group should stay focused and not go on their phones. We could've done more detail on what other secondary services we could've used in the situation.

Evidence two- In the terrorist attack we had to look for information around the college campus and there were 3 victims as we was locating the victims we was feeding information back to our team. Our team worked well as a team. Whereas there was a lack of communication and in the end result we only found two victims therefore as a result the last one was unknown and that Steven told us who the terrorist was and it ruined it.

Evidence two- Part time/ full time job, i go to work everyday of the week and because of the business i keep myself going but other people in my workplace start shouting and arguing then it takes longer to get orders ready, which makes the customers food more cold and then they start ringing up and complaining saying why is it not arrived. making pizzas and being on grill for over 11 hours is very tiring.
