Telling  stories can be a powerful tool for getting messages across. however, telling the same story over and over again with the same style can become frustrating very fast. 

another point was about adding positive impact to conventional lectures like gestures , facia expressions, eye contacts, visual message , physical presence, verbal message. 

Advantages of lectures over lab are: 
more control over the class, giving more knowledge in shorter amount of time. 
disadvantages are: learners become more passive , no accounting for learner's differences , no room for innovation.

we then talked about the different learning methods like seminars, workshops, written assignments , laboratory field work and graduation project as well as internship and work placement.  importance of field work and lab work was also mentioned. 

Proper attitudes of workshop was discussed. An ideal workshop is a place to discuss and argue ideas about the given subject.

attendant should be specified to those with knowledge in the branch to aid in the discussion.

the first seminar was on learning by doing projects .Doing projects in school is beneficial in several ways. Projects allow you to develop as a person, learn new skills, and contribute to your school’s work. Doing projects is also beneficial to your teachers and your teacher reviews. By following these advantages, you can excel in all aspects of doing projects in school.


the second one was about Student exchange program . Learning is a process that happens continuously throughout a person’s life. People learn in different ways and at different paces based on their age and previous experiences. Moreover, knowledge is an important part of our culture, so people seek to acquire it throughout their lives. Acquiring new information has always been an essential part of human existence. Schools are institutions that teach people how to learn, and student exchange programs are strategies designed to do just that.

the third one was on role playing .Learning is a never-ending process that involves acquiring knowledge and understanding. It can be done through formal education, self-learning and social interaction. One of the most popular ways to learn is through the use of a role playing style. Introducing a role playing style is a method of learning that involves creating an artificial situation and applying knowledge to it. Through this method, people experience different emotions while understanding concepts better.

The fourth one was field trip. A field trip can teach your child about the world outside the classroom. For example, you can take your child to a museum or zoo where they can learn about animals, fossils, and other interesting objects. You can also take them to an art gallery where they can see how different artists interpret art’s role in society. Alternatively, you could take them to a historical site where they’d learn about famous figures in history or learn something new like the architect who designed that building. 

The fifth one was time line. A time line is a series of events laid out in chronological order. The concept of a time line is useful for students and teachers as it allows them to clearly understand the flow of events, make better decisions and learn from past experiences. It can be used in a variety of subjects such as history, literature and math.

The final one was photography. Photography is an essential part of teaching and learning in all areas of life. It can be used to document, educate, and inspire. Photos are also a form of creative expression that can be used to depict feelings, thoughts, and emotions. When using photos in teaching, it’s important to consider how photos are used and what they communicate to the audience.

after that we talked about the criteria for a great assessment. When planning an assessment, educators should keep in mind the objectives that their students have learned since the start of the previous academic year or semester. This is because it's essential for assessments to help students learn the content learned during that period. Additionally, an excellent assessment should be able to accurately predict how well a student will do on future exams or assignments based on their performance on the assessment. Additionally, it should help educators identify problem students who need extra assistance while ensuring that all of their students are treated fairly. By planning effectively, educators can deliver an excellent assessment that will help their students learn!

After that we shifted to the problems that may face examination committees.  Each member of the committee also needs to possess the necessary expertise to assess students' performance and make recommendations for improvement. Ideally, a chairperson should lead this group and have experience in leading group projects or workshops. Other members should have at one or more years of experience working with student groups in a similar capacity. Having an expert leader ensures that every meeting runs smoothly and that recommendations made are well-thought-out and carefully weighed against each member's experience level, position on the evaluation scale and attitude toward student improvement.
