I think that my greatest challenge was trying to keep to the given time to complete all my tasks before the deadline. I feel that my proudest moment was when I managed to finally compose the song. I felt proud as the song fulfilled my criterion and allowed my partner to write suitable lyrics for the song.

I feel that my greatest challenge was trying to compose the song. This was because the music pieces online were either too complex and difficult for us to handle or of a genre which we had yet to master, hence, I had to try to think of creative melodies that would sound unique to our song. 
What I have learnt and appreciated:
I have learnt how to navigate my way through music-making platforms like GarageBand. I appreciate that I have the opportunity to be creative and create any type of sound that I desire to fit the theme / topic which I wish to convey, in my case of my love for local cuisine. 2. I prefer Mrs Lee's cupcakes as I usually dislike eating sweet things and eat quite blandly at home, so I feel that the cupcakes which I had baked was too sweet.
3. Use less sugar and butter. Add fruits such as raisins and blueberries. Try not to add cocoa powder and have plain cupcakes.

    1. Organisation - I have been systematic as I know how to proceed with the recipe without referring to it.
    2. Time Management - I make good use of my time as I am able to complete my dish and washing up of utensils within an hour. 
    3. Manipulation - I mixed the flour and the yeast together to form a dough and knead the dough so that the yeast will be evenly distributed in the dough. Then, I spread the dough over the greased baking pan before filling it with topping. 
    4. Product - There was not enough time for me to bake the dough blind and hence, the base of the pizza was a bit undercooked. Other than that, the toppings on the pizza added colour to the dish as the pineapples gave a sweet flavour to the plain pizza. 
    5.       • I faced some difficulty in managing my time well as I had insufficient time to bake blind my pizza dough, resulting in a slightly undercooked pizza.

      • I would have planned my time better and practised more at home before the cooking test so that I would be able to finish my task well on the day itself. 
    3. Reflect on the food blogging process.
    • How useful were the nutritional tools?
      • The nutritional tools were not very helpful for me as I did not refer to it much when reflecting on the dishes I have made. 
    • How manageable were the manipulative skills for you?
      • The manipulative skills were relatively manageable for me as I have not cooked before and this cooking module is the first time where I have created dishes which are simple to follow. 
    • How purposeful were the investigative activities in helping you come
      up with your final creation?
      • The investigative activities on the half-fat cupacke and full-fat cupcake helped me realise that I can make a dish healthier by cutting down on some of the ingredients like sugar, butter etc. or using a healthier option to replace the original recipe.

I had applied symmetrical composition by using symmetrical images of legs to portray the scene of bystanders watching as the incident unfolds.
    2. I have used Rhythm & Repetition by using the same colours to denote the skin colours of people. I have also used the same colours and shape to show the image of phones.
    3. I have used Contrast by having a dark background that is contrasted with the light peach-colour of human skin. 

    My artwork is a social commentary about how technology has made people more distant and society a colder and less warm place. The artpiece depicts a girl who has fallen and is lying on the ground, unable to get up. However, the bystanders do not help her and instead, they are whipping out their phones to upload this incident on social media.

    1. I wish to improve on my drawing skills and use of textures. I should have incorporated more texture to make my drawings more varied and colourful.
