According to the article, the problem is that a heavy workload significantly hinders student learning outcomes by causing stress, exhaustion, and decreased academic performance. The overwhelming number of assignments, projects, and deadlines leads to mental fatigue, making it difficult for students to focus and retain information. This high-pressure environment can lower motivation and interest in learning, resulting in disengagement from school activities. Additionally, the struggle to balance academic responsibilities with personal life negatively affects students' well-being, often leading to anxiety, sleep deprivation, and overall dissatisfaction with their educational experience.

We should solve the issue of heavy student workload because it’s taking a serious toll on students’ well-being. When students are overloaded with assignments, projects, and deadlines, it’s easy for them to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and unmotivated. Instead of actually learning and enjoying school, they end up just trying to survive it.

Too much workload doesn’t just affect grades—it affects mental health too. Stress, anxiety, and burnout become common, making it harder for students to focus, retain information, or even find time to rest. School should be a place for growth and learning, not just constant pressure and exhaustion.

By addressing this issue, we can create a healthier and more balanced learning environment. Students can have time for personal growth, hobbies, and relaxation while still doing well in school. In the long run, this helps them develop better time management, a love for learning, and a more positive outlook on education. After all, success isn’t just about getting good grades—it’s also about being happy and healthy while achieving those goals.
